Annually new legislation is passed that is intended to help protect the American worker from injury.  There is no question that it is well intentioned, but it creates a maze of compliance issues that cause employers to worry about...”Are we doing everything that we need to?”.

Partners has a risk & safety department that can manage worker’s compensation claims, create and help to implement a plan of action for safety, process background checks, evaluate drug testing requirements and manage the claims of injured workers.  We can also provide customized training in all areas of safety and OSHA compliance.  Some examples of training could include basic First Aid procedures, forklift certification, Scaffold building certification and Lock Out/Tag Out certification.  All training can be built to address the specifics needs of a client company.
